We’ll discuss your rental quote and application. If approved, you’ll receive your agreement to sign.
Make yourself at home
Once your agreement is completed, we’ll agree delivery and payment dates with you. Delivery can take place before your first payment. Rent starts when the goods are available for your use, including completion of agreed installation.

Your quote will set out your rental payments. Before you sign, review the agreement for the rental term, total payable and full conditions.
What happens after approval?
We’ll send your hire agreement to sign electronically and check the paperwork we need. We’ll confirm delivery and any included installation after the agreement is completed. Delivery can take place before your first payment, according to the arrangements agreed with you. Rent starts when the goods are delivered and available for your use, including completion of agreed installation. Regular rent is paid in arrears. Any agreed initial payment is credited in full towards your hire costs.
What if something goes wrong with my product?
We cover ordinary product faults throughout the hire and arrange repair or replacement as appropriate. Your statutory rights and remedies are preserved. Contact our team promptly if something is wrong.
What is included?
Delivery, agreed installation, ordinary fault support and collection are included. There is no administration, late-payment or default fee.
Will I own the product?
This is a hire agreement, not a hire-purchase or rent-to-own agreement. The goods remain the property of Local Appliance Rentals Ltd. Making all rental payments does not transfer ownership or give you any right to purchase.
You may make a separate offer to purchase the goods during or after the hire term. Local Appliance Rentals Ltd may accept or decline that offer at its discretion. No sale or purchase price is guaranteed.
